High-Density MPO Trunk Connectivity Systems
Our MPO fiber optic assemblies are the cornerstone of modern data center infrastructure. Engineered to the highest precision tolerances, they enable seamless migration from legacy 10G to cutting-edge 400G topologies with minimal downtime.
Optimized for the South American market, fully compliant with TIA-568-C.3 and IEC 61754-7 standards. Backed by our industry-leading 100% factory test guarantee.
Scalable Infrastructure Backbone
Our MPO trunk systems eliminate rack clutter through a plug-and-play modular architecture -integrating up to 24 fibers per connector to free 72% of rack space and deploy 3x faster than traditional LC cabling.
Designed for Modern Data Center Topologies
Whether you're building a new Tier-3 facility or upgrading an existing spine-leaf network, our MPO trunk systems adapt to your architecture without compromise.
Core Configurations
8-fiber and 12-fiber are standard for 40G/100G parallel optics; 24-fiber for 400G BiDi links.
Single-Mode OS2
9/125um ultra-low-loss SMF for inter-building campus runs and long-haul DWDM applications.
Wide-Band Multimode
OM5 lime-green fiber supports SWDM4 protocol for 40G/100G over just 2 fibers, cutting fiber count by 75%.
Custom Length Range
Standard 1m-10m stocked, custom up to 100m manufactured and tested to order in 5-7 business days.
Integrated Polarity Management Solutions
Correct polarity ensures Tx and Rx fibers are always properly matched. We support all three TIA polarity methods with precision-terminated, factory-tested assemblies.
Straight-Through Connection
Uses key-up to key-down adapters, mapping Position 1 to Position 1. The simplest configuration, widely used in base-level backbone extensions and pre-existing structured cabling upgrades. Non-flip design at both ends.
Crossover (Full Flip)
Uses key-up to key-up adapters, mapping Fiber 1 to Position 12. The dominant standard for 40G BiDi and 100G SR4 transceivers -the most frequently specified type for direct-attach high-speed links in modern data centers.
Pair-Wise Flip
Performs an adjacent pair swap at each end, mapping Fiber 1 to Position 2 and vice versa. Designed to maintain correct Tx/Rx polarity when migrating from duplex LC environments to high-density MPO structured cabling.
Built for the Harshest Conditions
Our MPO assemblies withstand dense installations, elevated thermal zones, and long-term mechanical stress -certified to international fire safety standards for every LATAM market.
- LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) Safety
- OFNP -Plenum Rated Anti-Flame
- OFNR -Riser Rated Vertical
- Operating Temp -40 deg C to +75 deg C
- Mating Cycles >=500 cycles
Engineered for Every Installation Environment
Each jacket variant is purpose-designed for specific fire rating, smoke toxicity, and mechanical requirements found across global data center deployments.
LSZH -Low Smoke Zero Halogen
Produces minimal smoke and zero halogenic gases when exposed to fire. Mandatory for enclosed data halls, MRI facilities, and transport hubs where toxic fumes endanger personnel and equipment.
OFNP -Plenum Rated
Rated for air-handling plenum spaces above ceilings and below raised floors. Self-extinguishing with minimal flame spread -required by NEC Article 770 for North American and many LATAM building codes.
OFNR -Riser Rated
Designed for vertical backbone runs between floors in conduit or enclosed pathways. Prevents fire from traveling floor-to-floor. Ideal for IDF-to-MDF inter-building campus backbone applications.
Ultra-Low Insertion Loss Precision
Our Elite MPO series delivers <=0.35dB insertion loss -over 50% better than industry standard -maximizing power budget headroom for 100G, 400G and future 800G deployments.
- Return Loss (APC) >=65 dB
- Test Wavelengths 1310 / 1550 nm
- Fiber Types OS2, OM3, OM4, OM5
The Science Behind Elite Grade Performance
Every 0.1dB of insertion loss saved extends your viable link distance and expands your network topology options. Here's why our Elite grade makes a real difference.
Lower Loss vs. Market Average
Commodity MPO connectors average 0.70-1.00dB IL. Our Elite series consistently measures <=0.35dB -creating substantial headroom in your optical link budget for cascaded connections and future upgrades.
Individual Assembly Testing
Every fiber in every assembly is tested at both 1310nm and 1550nm. IL and RL values are recorded against the product serial number -not estimated from batch samples. You receive a printed data sheet with every shipment.
Future-Ready Link Budget
The strict IL performance of our Elite connectors makes them the recommended default for 100G deployments today and ensures your cabling infrastructure will support 400G and 800G transceiver migration without cable replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about MPO assemblies, polarity, ordering, and our LATAM support network.
MTP is a registered trademark of US Conec for their high-performance MPO connector. Both are multi-fiber push-on connectors conforming to IEC 61754-7 / TIA-604-5, but MTP connectors include additional engineering refinements such as removable keys, floating ferrule, and tighter tolerances - resulting in lower insertion loss. Our Elite series uses MTP-grade ferrules for maximum performance.
The correct polarity depends on your transceiver type and cabling topology. Type B (Crossover) is required for most modern 40G/100G transceivers using MPO-12 directly. Type A is used for inter-panel connections. Type C is primarily used in legacy LC migration scenarios. Our engineering team provides free polarity layout reviews - contact us with your topology diagram and we'll specify the correct scheme.
We manufacture assemblies in 8, 12, 24, and 48-fiber configurations. Standard lengths range from 1m to 100m, with custom lengths available for project-specific requirements. All assemblies are available in OS2 single-mode, OM3, OM4, and OM5 multimode fiber variants. Lead time for standard configurations is 3-5 business days; custom configurations 7-10 days.
Yes - every shipment includes a printed and PDF test report documenting IL and RL measurements for each fiber at both 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths, plus a 3D interferometer end-face geometry summary. Each report is linked to the assembly serial number for full traceability. Tier-4 data center clients may request extended test reports including IEC 61300-3-35 end-face classification grades.
We maintain technical support partnerships in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Uruguay. Engineering inquiries are responded to within 48 hours. For Tier-3/Tier-4 data center projects we offer on-site pre-installation consultation, post-installation OTDR trace verification, and spare stock consignment arrangements. Contact our regional sales team for coverage details in your country.
There is no minimum order quantity for standard configurations. We supply single assemblies for lab testing and evaluation as well as large project quantities. Sample kits (typically 2-4 assemblies of specified polarity and fiber count) are available at cost for qualified projects. For OEM or integration partner arrangements requiring 500+ assemblies per month, contact us for volume pricing.
